OTR Flatbed CDL-A Driver | SAP Friendly | 2+ Years Required

We are looking for qualified CDL-A Flatbed Drivers to join our OTR operation based in Dallas, TX. This role is designed for drivers who want steady long-haul work, reliable weekly miles, and modern equipment.

We currently have openings for 3 flatbed drivers.

Job Details
OTR flatbed position
3 weeks on the road
Average miles: 3,000–3,500 per week
Consistent freight and planned routes

Pay Information
Standard Drivers:

Up to $0.70 per mile or 30% of gross
SAP Drivers:

Start at $0.65 per mile or 25% of gross
Scheduled increases every 2 months until reaching full rate
1099 contractor position
No escrow required

Freightliner Cascadia models (2021–2026)
Automatic transmission
Well-maintained fleet

Driver Qualifications
Valid CDL-A license
Minimum 2 years verifiable CDL-A experience
Flatbed experience preferred
SAP drivers accepted
English communication required
No serious safety violations in the last 12 months
