OTR CDL-A Driver – High Weekly Miles + Modern Trucks

We are hiring an OTR CDL-A driver based out of McHenry, IL for long-haul routes across multiple regions.
This position offers steady miles, a strong pay package, and modern, well-maintained equipment.
Drivers typically stay out 3–4 weeks and then enjoy 4–5 days home.
You will run a mix of regular OTR freight — not dedicated and not hook & drop.
Some live loads/unloads may occur depending on the shipper.
Pay Structure:
Dry Van: $0.62–$0.65 CPM
Reefer: $0.65 CPM
Flatbed: $0.75 CPM or 30%
Job Benefits:
3500+ miles weekly on average
Stable OTR lanes
2020–2026 Volvos & Freightliners
Trucks set to 72 mph
Flight ticket provided for onboarding
1099 position
Escrow $1250 (5 payments of $250)
No endorsements required
Requirements:
Minimum 6 months CDL-A experience
English is a must
NO SAP
Felony or DUI acceptable if 10+ years old
No violations within the last year
