CDL-A Flatbed Driver (OTR) | SAP Friendly | 2+ Years Experience

We are currently hiring CDL-A Flatbed Drivers for over-the-road (OTR) operations based out of Dallas, TX. This role is suitable for drivers who are comfortable with long-haul flatbed work and are looking for consistent miles, newer equipment, and a clear pay structure.

We are hiring 3 drivers to join our flatbed fleet.

Position Details
Flatbed only
OTR position
3 weeks out
Average weekly miles: 3,000–3,500
Consistent freight and lanes

Compensation
Regular Drivers:

Up to $0.70 CPM or 30% of gross
SAP Drivers:

Starting at $0.65 CPM or 25% of gross
Pay increases every 2 months based on performance until reaching standard rate
1099 position
No escrow required

Equipment
Freightliner Cascadia (2021–2026)
Automatic transmission
Well-maintained and reliable equipment

Driver Requirements
Valid CDL-A
Minimum 2 years CDL-A driving experience
Flatbed experience preferred
SAP drivers considered
Ability to communicate in English
No major safety violations within the past 12 months
