– **Focus on the Financial Opportunity :**
– On average, our drivers earn between $3,000 to $4,000 per week, with some drivers making even more depending on their miles and effort. We offer an 80%/20% split on gross revenue. You keep 80%, and the company keeps 20%. Our drivers usually run 4,000 to 5,000 miles per week, which allows them to maximize their earnings.

## **1. Benefits of Joining the Company**

– **Walk-Away Lease (Truck Lease Option) :**
– We offer a walk-away lease option where you rent a truck for $1,800 per week. You get to work for yourself, manage your time, and keep a large percentage of your earnings. Weekly deductions for the walk-away lease include $1800 for the truck, $155 admin fee (ELD), $35 for IFTA, $50 for the trailer, $150 truck insurance, plus fuel.

– **Free Shop Services :**
– We offer free truck repairs in the yard tire changes etc. This helps you save money when maintenance is needed.

– **Owner-Operator Benefits :**
– If you already own your truck, that’s great! We offer 90% of the gross revenue to owner-operators, with no truck and trailer payments if you have your own trailer also. Owner-operators still have access to our free shop for tire changes, but you would be responsible for your truck’s repairs.

– **Opportunity to Finance & Own the Truck :**
– Once you’ve been with us and have proven yourself, you’ll have the opportunity to finance and own a new truck year 2024 Volvo 860 or Cascadia Freightliner. We’ll help you with that process! You can start leasing with $10,000 down payment and a $2,500 registration fee for a new truck. The weekly payment will be $1,380 for 3 years. Alternatively, you can lease a used truck with $0 down, and the contract will be for 30 months.

– In order to move forward, we’ll need to check a few things, such as your CDL, medical card, and MVR (Motor Vehicle Report) if you are owner operator. We’ll also need to do your background check. Once those are in order, you’ll do a drug test and then an orientation at our yard.
