Need drivers 65 cpm for dry van, 68 cpm for reefer and 75 cpm for flatbed

Job Description
We are currently hiring experienced OTR CDL-A Drivers for long-haul routes across the United States. This position is best suited for drivers who prefer steady miles, longer OTR runs, and modern, well-maintained equipment.

Position Details
OTR position (nationwide routes)
Average weekly miles: 3,500+
Schedule: 3–4 weeks out, followed by 4–5 days home
Consistent lanes and freight

Pay Structure
Dry Van: $0.65 CPM
Reefer: $0.68 CPM
Heavy Haul: $0.75 CPM or 30%
1099 position

Equipment
Volvo & Freightliner (2020–2026)
Automatic transmission
Governed speed: 72 MPH
Clean, well-maintained trucks

Travel assistance available for onboarding
Standard escrow applies as part of the lease process

Driver Requirements
Valid CDL-A
Minimum 6 months OTR experience
Ability to communicate in English
No SAP
No major violations within the past 12 months
Endorsements not required
