Join our OTR team out of McHenry, IL and start strong with a $6000 sign-on bonus for qualified CDL-A drivers.
Drive new 2020–2026 Volvos/Freightliners, run 3500+ miles weekly, and enjoy a smooth long-haul routine.
Drivers typically stay out 3–4 weeks and get 4–5 days at home.
Freight is regular OTR (some live load/unload) — consistent, predictable, and steady.
Position Highlights:

New equipment (Volvo & Freightliner 2020–2026)
72 MPH trucks
Flight ticket paid for onboarding
No endorsements required
1099 position
Escrow: $1250 (split into 5 payments)
Pay Rates:
Dry Van: $0.62–$0.65 CPM
Reefer: $0.65 CPM
Flatbed: $0.75 CPM or 30%
Minimum Requirements:
6 months CDL-A OTR experience
English required
NO SAP
Felony/DUI ok if 10+ years old
No major violations in the last 12 months
