Job Title: Class A CDL Team Driver –Dedicated Lanes| 7,500 Miles/Week

Location: San Antonio, TX

Responsibilities:

Safely operate a Class A tractor-trailer on dedicated routes.
Comply with all DOT regulations and company policies.
Deliver freight on time while maintaining professional communication with dispatch.
Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and maintain accurate driver logs.
Represent Arrow Point with professionalism at all shippers, receivers, and roadside stops.

Qualifications:

Valid Class A CDL license.
Minimum 2 years of verifiable CDL experience (required).
23 years of age
Clean driving record (no DUIs, reckless driving, or major “at fault” violations in the past 3 years).
Strong work ethic, professionalism, and commitment to safety.
No SAP program

Pay & Schedule:

Weekly Pay: Direct deposit every Friday.
Schedule: Minimum 4 weeks OTR, more is allowed.
Compensation Range: $180,000– $200,000 annually per driver. (1099)
