Job Description: We are actively seeking experienced and professional Over-The-Road (OTR) Flatbed Drivers to join our growing team. What We Offer:Competitive Pay: Earn a generous 28% of the Gross Revenue on every load. Consistent Freight:
Equipment: Late-model, well-maintained flatbed trucks  e.g., “Cascadia 126,” “Volvo VNLS.”]
Responsibilities:

Safely operate a commercial motor vehicle with a flatbed trailer.
Secure loads properly using tarps, chains, binders, straps, etc., in accordance with DOT regulations and company policy.
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
Maintain accurate electronic logs (ELDs).
Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers.
Adhere to all federal, state, and local traffic laws and regulations.
Maintain a professional appearance and attitude.
Qualifications:

Valid Class A CDL.
Clean or decent MVR and PSP report.
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and DOT physical.
Solid understanding of flatbed securement techniques for various types of cargo.
