Join our fast-growing logistics team! THREE WAY EXPRESS are looking for dependable, safety-minded 26′ Box Truck Drivers (Non-CDL) and 53′ Tractor Trailer Drivers (CDL Class A). Based out of our facility near the Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport, our routes are primarily local—allowing you to be home daily. Candidates must be open to occasional semi-OTR runs as needed.

Position 1: 26′ Box Truck Driver (Non-CDL)

Location: Atlanta, GA (Near ATL Airport)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay Structure: $20.00+++ per hour (Based on experience / Overtime potential)
Schedule: Primarily Local (Home Daily) with flexibility required for occasional semi-OTR overnight trips.
📌 Job Responsibilities

Safely operate a 26-foot commercial box truck for local airport-area deliveries and regional routes.
Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure road safety.
Secure air freight and general cargo efficiently using straps, pallets, and e-tracks.
Maintain accurate electronic logs (ELD) and delivery documentation.
Provide professional customer service during airport cargo drop-offs and pickups.
Maintain flexibility for occasional semi-OTR regional runs requiring short overnight stays.
📋 Job Requirements

Must possess a valid Driver’s License (Class C or standard, Non-CDL).
TSA STA (Security Threat Assessment) clearance required (or ability to pass the TSA background screening upon hire).
Clean driving record (MVR) with no major recent violations.
Must pass a standard DOT physical and drug screening.
Minimum 2 years of commercial box truck driving experience preferred.
Flexibility to handle occasional regional overnight trips.
